We could start this ‘About Us’ section in a very boring way by telling you that we are 2 BFFs, living in this small country called Belgium.  We both love all the good things about life in Belgium; the good food and drink, the closeness of both Paris and London, which we do try to visit as often as possible.  And let’s not forget Belgian chocolate, Belgian beer, Magritte’s paintings, Belgian comics, etc.

The idea for this blog came to us……. When? We can’t even remember.  It must have been over a couple of nice Aperol Spritz.  So it was definitely sometime in the Summer, because we only drink Aperol Spritz in the Summer…..

Anyway, adding up both our ages and coming to a staggering 100+, we thought it was time to think about something to keep us up-to-date……. Putting a step in the big, wide world of social media was the obvious choice . Just like books, art and good wine, social media is about sharing.  And we thought it would be a good idea to share our ideas, interests and passions with you.   To share with you what makes us sparkle.  And to hear from you what makes you sparkle.  So, let’s get started……
